We build platforms. We do not guess.
HorizonShield Build is the agency arm of HorizonShield. We ship full production-grade Next.js platforms for clients who need more than a template, and more than an agency team that does not understand infrastructure. Every piece we ship comes with harnesses, zero-trust audits, and EN+AR Day 1.
How we work
Scope
A single working session to map what your platform actually has to do. We document constraints, integrations, deadlines, and non-goals before any code.
Phase plan
We split the build into phases of 1-2 weeks each. Every phase has a written scope, a harness target (number of asserts), and a "done" criterion you sign off on.
Build + verify
We ship phase by phase. Every phase ends with a re-runnable shell harness that goes N/N green AND a real-browser walkthrough. No "should work" claims.
Handoff
Code, docs, harnesses, runbooks, deploy scripts. You own everything. Optional retainer for changes after handoff but never a lock-in.
Our principles
No half-measures
Every page ships with all 18 languages, full chrome, proper i18n, browser-verified. Not "AR translations coming Q3."
Visual proof, not 200-OK
Every claim of "done" comes with a screenshot or harness output. Status code 200 alone is never sufficient — features can be silently broken behind a green response.
Zero-trust audits
Every deploy passes a zero-trust audit before going live. Any new check must prove it can go GREEN against a known-good input — never relied on without that test.
EN + AR Day 1
Bilingual is not a phase 2 deliverable. Every component, every page, every email template ships with English + Arabic on the day it merges.
Open source where appropriate
Stripe, Postgres, Next.js, MinIO — proven open standards. We use the right tools, not vendor lock-in stacks. You can swap providers without rewriting.
Production handoff = full ownership
You receive every artifact: source, harnesses, runbooks, infra-as-code, secrets template, deploy scripts. We do not gate-keep your platform.
